Summary

We are representing a prestigious car dealership located in Mayfair, currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join as a Car Sales Manager.

This Car Sales Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for leadership within a luxury automotive environment, featuring a recently refurbished showroom and a focus on high-end vehicles, including the latest electric models.

The Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, premium setting. This Car Sales Manager position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales management who is eager to lead and develop a successful team within a prestigious brand.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000

- Uncapped OTE approximately £40,000

- Monthly car allowance of £800

- Involvement with emerging electric vehicle models alongside proven ICE vehicles

- Balanced work schedule, with Monday to Friday hours and every other Saturday off

Duties:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Take an active role in the sales process and showroom operations

- Manage new and used vehicle sales, including finance, insurance, and compliance

- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction

- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury and electric vehicle offerings

- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager within the automotive sector, preferably with luxury brands

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service ability

- Passionate about cars with a drive for success and results

- Knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance procedures relevant to the motor trade

- Energetic, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial outlook
