You’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
Operating a counterbalance forklift as part of daily warehouse operations
Moving and positioning goods safely around the workplace
Supporting the movement and storage of stock
Following site procedures and Health and Safety guidelines
Working alongside colleagues to help maintain an efficient operation
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
A valid counterbalance forklift licence
The ability to operate a forklift safely and responsibly
A reliable and punctual approach to work
Good awareness of workplace Health and Safety
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ongoing temporary work
Opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate
Monday to Friday
07:30–16:00
Day shifts
No weekend work specified
Pay and Benefits £13.75 per hour
Monday-to-Friday working
Daytime hours
Up to 28 days’ holiday accrued per year
Opportunity to move into a permanent position
