The Role

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Business Analyst to lead business improvement and change initiatives across the College. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable benefits for both staff and students.

This is an exciting opportunity to champion continuous improvement, apply business analysis methodologies, and help shape a culture where innovation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business improvement projects from scoping and process mapping through to implementation and evaluation.

• Analyse business processes, systems and performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvements.

• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to review existing practices and implement sustainable change.

• Use data and meaningful metrics to measure the impact and success of improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and support teams to embed new ways of working.

• Develop tools, frameworks and resources that promote continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Coach and support colleagues in lean thinking, business analysis techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.

Who You Are

An analytical and solutions-focused professional with experience delivering successful business improvement and change projects. You can confidently interpret data, challenge existing processes and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes. Experience of Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, project management or continuous improvement methodologies will be highly valued.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence others and gain engagement for change initiatives. Organised, commercially aware and results-driven, you are passionate about continuous improvement and committed to making a meaningful impact within an education-focused environment.
