Summary
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
Assisting with medication administration and prompts.
Supporting individuals with meal preparation and hydration.
Helping with light household duties and domestic tasks.
Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
Promoting independence, choice, and person-centered care.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
