About the Role

HRGO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a

Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading retailer based in Bridgwater.

Our client supplies a wide range of tools, building materials, electrical products and plumbing essentials to customers across the UK and parts of Europe. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused individual who can deliver excellent service and act as a positive first point of contact for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with a wide range of queries.

Assess customer needs, make appropriate decisions and escalate issues when necessary.

Manage telephone conversations while accurately updating customer records and maintaining relevant information.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.

Handle customer complaints professionally, working towards positive resolutions.

Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure customers receive a helpful and reliable service.
