About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, passionate Sushi Chef to join our busy kitchen in Sunningdale. You'll craft authentic, high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes with precision and pride, delighting guests with every bite in a lively, fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
-Prepare, assemble and present a range of sushi and Japanese dishes to a consistently high standard
-Keep your station clean and organised, following all food safety and hygiene regulations
-Source fresh ingredients daily and ensure quality in every roll and sashimi slice
-Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering supplies
-Work as part of a team to deliver efficient service during busy hours
-Help develop new sushi recipes and menu items
-Adhere to all health, safety and sanitation regulations
