Summary

You will be employed by the trust which consists of five schools led by Sidney Stringer Academy. The schools are Radford Primary Academy, Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School), Sidney Stringer Primary School and Sidney Stringer Academy.

Under the supervision of the Examinations Officer and Assistant Principal responsible for examinations, Invigilators are responsible for the correct running of internal and external examinations in the Exam Venues.

Job requirements

Basic Literacy and Numeracy skillsA strong focus on observing candidates and meticulously checking procedures, scripts, and registers to prevent malpracticeThe capacity to work effectively with other invigilators and staff to manage the exam process smoothlyThe ability to remain composed and act decisively in unexpected situations or emergencies within the exam roomA clear understanding of and commitment to the protection and welfare of children and young peopleGood organisational abilities to manage exam room preparation and the collection of materials.
