Summary

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced

Early Years Lecturer to join a well-established college in

the Northeast of England on a

2 days per week temporary contract

Role Details

Position: Early years Lecturer

Location: Northeast England

Contract: Part-time, Temporary

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective Early Years lessons to students of varying abilities.

Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.

Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience teaching within a Further Education college.

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).

A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Early Years or a related subject.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
