Summary
Your responsibilities will include:
Visiting sites, checking cleaning standards and completing quality audits. Supporting, coaching and encouraging our cleaning teams.
Training and inducting new cleaners.
Conducting trial shifts with applicants.
Building positive relationships with customers and site contacts.
Answering cleaner queries and absence calls after the office closes at 5pm.
Helping arrange cover through our six Team Leaders, following an established process.
Occasionally lending a hand with cleaning when needed.
Checking staff clock-outs on Connecteam and completing follow-up work towards the end of your shift.
