The Opportunity
As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be the right hand to our Engineering Manager and the go-to expert for all things technical. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure our hotel’s heartbeat—its systems and services—never skip a beat.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the hotel.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
- Respond swiftly to guest and operational issues with a calm, can-do attitude.
- Ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS) are operating at peak performance.
- Support sustainability initiatives and safety compliance.
- Step up as acting manager when needed—because you’ve got this.
