Summary
This role could suit an experienced Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Care Supervisor, Care Assessor or similar professional ready to take the next step.We’re looking for someone with:
Adult social care experience and a person-centred approach
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
Good judgement and confidence supporting care staff
The ability to identify and escalate concerns appropriately
A full UK driving licence and suitable vehicle
The right to work in the UK
Level 2/3 qualifications and supervisory or assessment experience are desirable, but experienced carers without formal supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.
