We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Care Home Manager to join a well-established care home in Redcar.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a home with a
strong local reputation, an established team and a positive CQC report.
The role includes:
- Leading and supporting the care team
- Ensuring high standards of person-centred care
- Maintaining CQC and regulatory compliance
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and professionals
- Driving continuous improvement across the home
- Previous Care Home Management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of CQC requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
