Summary

We’re looking for a SHEQ Advisor to support and strengthen our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performance across all of our operating regions. This is a permanent, full-time role, working across our sites and offices.
Your main duties will include:
- Carrying out regular site and office SHEQ inspections and audits, reporting findings and ensuring compliance with agreed programmes
- Investigating incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences and ill health, preparing reports and presenting SHEQ performance statistics
- Advising site and office teams on SHEQ management systems, procedures and best practice
- Promoting a positive SHEQ culture through engagement, briefings, alerts and proactive initiatives
- Undertaking or reviewing risk assessments, COSHH assessments and HAVS exposure audits
- Identifying non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and helping improve SHEQ systems and procedures
- Liaising with clients, HR and internal teams, representing the company professionally at all times
Salary is dependent on experience and skills. This role is subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
