We are looking for result oriented Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end CRM solutions across Telecom, Automotive, travel, retail, and consulting industries .

Job Description:

*Specialized in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein

*Demonstrated track record of improving lead conversion and customer NPS through scalable architecture and intelligent automation.

*Should have knowledge of including Platform Developer I, Administrator, AI Associate, and AI Specialist.

*Engage in consultancy assignments, translating complex client requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures and actionable delivery roadmaps.

*Develop and maintained custom automation using Record-Triggered Flows, Apex Batch jobs, heduledprocesses to optimise operational efficiency

*Deliver end-to-end Salesforce development solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and Flowautomation aligned to client business requirements.

*Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and supportiterative agile delivery.

–Maintain high code quality standards with peer-reviewed Apex and LWC development, ensuring governor limitcompliance and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

*Develop Apex trigger handlers and helper classes adhering to best practices, ensuring governor limit compliance.

*Configure Experience Cloud site flows for seamless case creation from the customer portal, improving engagement efficiency.

*Design scalable automation and workflows to improve customer service operations and reduce manual processing overhead.

*Collaborated with a data science team to build AI-driven predictive analytics using Einstein Prediction Builder, boosting forecasting and lead prioritisation.

– Automated order amendments, cancellations, and returns processing, cutting manual effort and reducing operational error rates.

*Enhance reporting visibility across order fulfilment, inventory synchronisation, and customer delivery timelines.

* Manage business process reviews and delivered stakeholder-facing improvement recommendations aligned to sprint goals
