Summary

Abimatic Care Ltd is looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Workers to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, supported living settings, and within the community.

As a Care Worker, you will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, maintain dignity and respect, and help people achieve their personal goals and outcomes. Duties may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic tasks and companionship

You will be expected to follow care plans, risk assessments, company policies, and CQC standards to ensure safe and effective care is delivered at all times.
