SureCare Glasgow is looking for a female Care Worker with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to support clients in the Cumbernauld area.

This role involves providing personal care to clients who have expressed a specific preference for female care staff due to the intimate nature of their care needs and their right to privacy, dignity and comfort in their own homes.

The Role

You will support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by:

Providing personal care with dignity and respect.

Assisting with medication in line with care plans and training.

Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration.

Helping with light household duties.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Supporting clients to access their local community where appropriate.

Maintaining accurate care records.

Travelling between clients' homes throughout the Cumbernauld area.

What We're Looking For

A caring, compassionate and friendly nature.

A reliable, patient and respectful approach.

Good communication skills.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

A willingness to complete training and follow care plans and procedures.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
