Summary

To work as part of the One LSC Recruitment Team in the provision of a professional and comprehensive recruitment service to all Partner Trusts, with a focus on UHMBT & ELHT partners.

To be a key contact for recruiting managers in the Trust for advice, queries, support and guidance. You will be responsible for delivering and end to end recruitment service.

Working in a fast-paced office, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a busy office environment and will have

provided excellent customer service, both face to face and over the telephone. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and have proven planning and organisational abilities.

Ideally we are looking for someone with an experience working in a Recruitment/ HR environment and Knowledge of Recruitment and selection procedures and employment legislation.
