Summary
To be conversant with Electrical and Mechanical systems Use relevant tools, plant and equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Assist higher skilled grades on all types of maintenance, new works and repairs. Carry out semi-skilled duties independently and without routine supervision, and the ability to prioritise workload. On completion of relevant training carry out semi-skilled work on other trades (electrical and mechanical). Carry out maintenance on a wide range of heating systems, ventilation systems, water systems, boiler plant and observe safe working practices. Carry out maintenance on drainage systems (above and below ground) using appropriate pressure washers, breathing apparatus and tools. For further information please see attached job description
