Working as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and other teaching assistants to help remove barriers to learning and ensure pupils receive the support they need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with everyday classroom activities and delivering targeted interventions on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Through your support, you will help children build confidence, develop their academic abilities, strengthen their social skills, and engage more positively with school life.
