TeacherActive is working closely with a welcoming nursery setting in Birmingham that is looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working within Early Years and wants to make a positive impact on children's development. You'll be supporting children through play, learning activities and daily routines while helping to create a warm and nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
•
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
•
Creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
•
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
•
Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
•
Maintaining a safe, stimulating and welcoming nursery environment
•
Helping children develop confidence, independence and new skills
We're looking for someone who has:
•
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
•
Safeguarding Children Level 2
•
Valid Paediatric First Aid qualification
•
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
•
A warm, caring and enthusiastic personality
•
Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
•
A genuine passion for working with young children
