A thriving three‑form entry primary school in East London is looking for an experienced SENCO to join their supportive and collaborative SLT from October half term. The school has a strong reputation for inclusion, a warm community feel and a leadership team who genuinely invest in SEND provision.
This is a classroom‑based SENCO role, but most of your time will be spent out of class leading SEND strategy, coordinating provision and supporting teachers. You'll also teach some lessons when required - particularly during annual reviews, observations or when modelling best practice.
