Summary
The Tidy House Company is a new end-of-tenancy and home cleaning business based in Sutton Coldfield, covering Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. We're looking for experienced self-employed cleaners to take end-of-tenancy jobs from us.
We win the work, book it and send you the job: address, access details, a room-by-room checklist and a simple phone app for before-and-after photos. You do the clean to the checklist, upload the photos and mark it complete. We invoice the customer. You're paid every Friday for jobs completed that week.
Fixed per-job rates agreed before you accept: studio £55, 1-bed £75, 2-bed £110 (two cleaners, £55 each), 3-bed £160 (two cleaners, £80 each), 4-bed £200 (two cleaners, £100 each). Oven, carpet and fridge add-ons paid extra. Most jobs take 3 to 6 hours.
You choose which jobs you take. No minimum, no penalty for saying no, and you're free to work for other companies or your own customers. If you can't make a job you've accepted, you can send another vetted cleaner in your place.
Reliable weekly pay with no chasing invoices. Clear checklists so you know what "done" means before you start. Regular home-cleaning clients offered to you first in quieter months. £50 for every cleaner you refer who completes ten jobs.
