Summary

As a Relationship Manager at Intrinsic Financial, you will be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive a proactive, personal service. You will work closely with our accounting team to coordinate onboarding, manage queries and deadlines, and keep clients informed. You will also identify opportunities to support clients with additional services, helping them get more value from their relationship with the firm.

Essential requirements

Client relationship management: Build trust and maintain strong client relationships. Communication: Explain information clearly and professionally by phone, email and in person. Organisation: Manage a client portfolio, prioritise tasks and monitor deadlines. Customer service: Handle queries promptly and resolve concerns confidently. Commercial awareness: Understand clients’ needs and identify suitable additional services. Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with accountants, bookkeepers and payroll staff. Attention to detail: Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding information. IT proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems; familiarity with Xero is advantageous. Accounting awareness: A basic understanding of accounts, tax, VAT and payroll is desirable. Discretion: Handle sensitive financial and personal information confidentially.
