Workers / Support Workers to join our growing team.

As a Female Bank Care Worker / Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and
support to individuals in their own homes and within community settings.
The role involves providing personal care, including assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing and toileting. You will support individuals with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
Please Note: This vacancy is restricted to women as an occupational requirement under
Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. This is due to the nature of the role, which
includes the provision of intimate personal care to female service users, were privacy,
dignity and the personal preferences of the individuals we support are an essential
consideration.
