Summary
We are seeking an experienced Carer to join our small team as a Supervisory Personal Assistant (also known as a Field Care Supervisor).
Duties to include:
To lead by example in care visits, supporting clients to remain living independently in their own homes
Train other carers to ensure outstanding standards of care
Complete Spot checks on other carers
Provide bi-monthly supervisions to a small number of selected employees
Assist with rotas
Complete reviews of Client's care
Review and update Care Plans
Complete New Client assessments and write resulting Care plans and Risk Assessments
Assist the Registered Manager with Quality Assurance
