Summary

Privè Advanced Facial Aesthetics Limited is a premium medical skin and aesthetics clinic based in Plymouth, Devon, specialising in advanced skin rejuvenation, medical aesthetics and personalised skin treatments.

As the clinic enters its next phase of development, we are seeking an experienced, commercially minded solicitor or barrister to join us in an independent Legal Counsel — Board Advisory Role.

Working directly with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters, corporate governance, commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

The appointment will also play an important advisory role in Privè's ambitious 10-year growth strategy, including business expansion, investment readiness and planning for a potential future exit.

This is a flexible, senior-level opportunity requiring no more than seven hours per calendar month, with competitive hourly remuneration to be discussed at interview and complimentary Privè treatments.

Commencement: January 2027.
