Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Retail Manager, Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Business Manager to join a busy main dealership in Liverpool. Applicants must have previous automotive retail management experience, particularly in finance and insurance (F&I), hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus

OTE: £55,000

Hours: Permanent, Full Time

Retail Manager / Business Manager Role

- Advise customers on vehicle finance, insurance and additional products while ensuring regulatory compliance

- Manage F&I performance, monitor targets and maximise dealership profitability

- Build customer relationships and recommend suitable finance and insurance solutions

- Support dealership management with sales planning, forecasting and business strategy

- Coach and develop Sales Executives to improve finance penetration and overall performance

- Monitor departmental results and provide regular performance updates to the General Manager

- Ensure all transactions meet FCA regulations and dealership compliance standards

Retail Manager / Business Manager Requirements

- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Retail Manager within the automotive industry

- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products

- Understanding of FCA compliance and dealership sales processes

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Proven ability to achieve targets and manage competing priorities

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Full Clean UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK
