Summary

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Milton Keynes. Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred. Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £26,650 basic per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime

Parts Advisor Role

- Receive, check and organise incoming parts and stock

- Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately

- Order parts and accessories to meet workshop and customer requirements

- Maintain accurate stock records and departmental documentation

- Handle parts enquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Work closely with the Service and Parts departments

- Ensure all parts operations meet company and dealership standards

Parts Advisor Requirements

- Previous experience within an automotive parts department is preferred

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to manage stock, orders and customer enquiries efficiently

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK
