Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Commercial Group Co-Ordinator to support the management and performance of consultants, contractors and subcontractors across Highway Services programmes. Contract is for 2 months in Durham DH7 8XL.

Commercial Group Co-Ordinator

Pay Rate: £16.08 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 9:00-17:00

Contract length: 2 months

Location: Durham DH7 8XL

Key requirements:

Level 4 qualification and/or relevant demonstrable experience.

Experience of procurement and successfully implementing contracts to timescales and targets.

Awareness and understanding of NEC3/4 contract documentation.

Strong communication, organisational and Microsoft Office skills.

Commercially aware with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

Support project management, procurement and day-to-day contract management of consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, contract compliance and required procurement documentation.

Maintain accurate financial, contract and project records, including consultancy logs and expenditure information.

Assist with contract documentation, external consultancy services and Highway Services contracts.

Build effective working relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
