Duties of the Parts Advisor:

- Providing expert advice and support to customers and colleagues regarding parts and accessories

- Managing incoming parts orders and stock levels efficiently

- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales and invoices

- Assisting with inventory control and stock management

- Building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business

- Supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service and operational success

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the automotive industry

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Knowledge of parts systems and inventory management software

- Customer-focused approach with a professional manner

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Full UK driving licence
