Summary

See attached Job Description. Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Prescribe medications appropriately, and make referrals to secondary care and community services when required. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using electronic patient record systems. Participate in multidisciplinary team working, clinical meetings, safeguarding activities, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development. Fixed term contract ending 31st March 2027, 2 sessions per week.
