Summary

Colchester has a garrison, a university and a lot of households where someone is away or at work all day. It has no WoofWalk walker yet, and we want three: one for the town centre and Lexden, one for Highwoods and the north, one for Wivenhoe and the university side.

WoofWalk is a UK booking app that pairs dog owners with local walkers and sitters. You are self-employed, with your own prices, your own hours and your own say on every booking. Owners book and pay inside the app, and the money is paid out to you. We do not employ you; there is no wage and no guaranteed work.

No local price research yet; nationally, public listings put an hour's walk at about £15. You choose your own price and our start page shows what you would keep.

Castle Park, High Woods Country Park, Cymbeline Meadows and Wivenhoe Woods are the regular grounds.

Nothing to pay up front. 0% commission for 14 days from sign-up, then 15% of each booking, and 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. You handle tax, National Insurance and insurance on your own account.

Forces partners, students and anyone free in the daytime suit this well. Over 18.
