Summary
Personal care assistant to provide care for a disabled man in his own home.
The position consists of various shifts over a 6 week period averaging around 28 hours per week (which includes overnights). Additional hours available to cover leave, sick, etc.
The position is in a home environment in the Nuthall area of Nottingham.

Duties include:
Providing personal care (hygiene, grooming, dressing, etc.)
Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
Ventilation Management
Hoist transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
Administer medication and monitor for any changes in health status.
Accompany to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure during transport.
Communicate effectively with cared for person, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for cared for person by performing housekeeping tasks.
