Summary

Our client, a well-established events and catering supplier based in Amersham, is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis during the busy summer period. This varied position involves supporting warehouse operations as well as cleaning and preparing catering equipment ready for customer events.

Warehouse Operative - Responsibilities

  • Booking in and organising incoming stock deliveries

  • Washing and rinsing plates, glasses, cutlery and other catering items

  • Operating industrial dish washing equipment

  • Packing, sorting and storing items ready for future events

  • Carrying out routine stock counts and inventory checks

  • Picking and assembling customer orders for dispatch

  • Assisting with loading and unloading goods when required

  • Following all company health and safety procedures

Warehouse Operative - Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 08:00am - 17:00pm

Warehouse Operative - Location

  • Amersham

Warehouse Operative - Pay Rate

  • £12.71 per hour for all hours worked
