Pay: £40 per hour umbrella assignment rate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm
Morgan Hunt is working with the
College of North West London to recruit a
SEND Lecturer for its Willesden Campus.
This is an opportunity for a qualified lecturer with SEND teaching experience to support learners in developing their skills, confidence and independence within a further education setting.
The role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to learners' individual needs and abilities.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and progression.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, providing feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with learning support staff and colleagues to meet learners' support needs.
- Promote safeguarding and learner wellbeing throughout your teaching.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching to different learning needs.
- A supportive, patient approach and a commitment to helping learners achieve their goals.
Previous SEND lecturing experience is essential.
A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS or Diploma in Education and Training.
A valid Enhanced DBS.
