B2B Account Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Worcester

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

An established and highly successful international organisation is seeking a commercially driven

B2B Account Manager (Manufacturing) to join its growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious account management professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of established business accounts while also supporting wider commercial growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across existing customer relationships

Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and customer solutions tailored to individual requirements

Lead customer meetings both virtually and in person

Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and contract terms

Monitor market activity and identify potential growth opportunities

Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings

Essential Experience

Previous experience in a Key Account Management, Account Manager, Technical Sales or Business Development role

Proven track record managing B2B customer relationships

Experience selling or supporting a physical product rather than a service-based offering

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Ability to build credibility and trust with customers at various levels

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required

Experience within manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors
