The purpose of this role is to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide an alcohol and drug assessment and treatment service as part of an alcohol care team, and to provide a nurse led assessment service to the liver transplant programme. The service works across The Royal Free and Barnet sites and is available 7 days a week.
