Summary
Healthcare Assistant role will bring: Working as part of an integrated team of nurses and nursing assistants delivering high quality, individualised care to patients Assisting with individual personal hygiene routines including washing, dressing, mouth care and toileting To take and record agreed clinical observations and to identify and report any significant changes To promote a welcoming, clean and appropriate environment for the care of patients and their families, with awareness of individual physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
