Summary

Weekend Head Housekeeper / Cleaner (Addington, Croydon)

Location: Addington Heights, 1 Milne Park West, New Addington, Croydon CR0 0DN

Hours: 8am - 4pm, Thursday & Friday (7 hours per day, 1 hour break) Opportunities for overtime available too.

Pay Rate: Starting at £14.63, increasing to £15.14 following successful completion of 5-month probationary period.

The Role

They are looking for someone to join the team to work Thursday and Friday, 8am - 4pm, Thursday & Friday.

You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience supervising domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.

- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.

- First Aid at work Certificate (training will be provided)
