Summary

We have exciting opportunities for Senior Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at our Sandown care home.

OakRay Care is a family run business, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, in the New Forest.

Broadhurst Care Home provides high quality residential and dementia care services for up to 23 elderly residents, and has a CQC rating of Good.

Skills and abilities required:

• you must have a minimum of level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care

• be able to administer and record medication

• you should have a caring nature, a natural interest in people and want to make a difference to people’s lives

• you should have the ability to be able to lead a team and have good communication skills

A competitive salary is offered, which will be discussed at the interview. This position is for 24 hours a week.
