* Pay: £15.59 per hour
Are you at your best when things need to run smoothly, people need clear guidance, and details matter? Our client is hiring an Admin Officer to provide administrative and procedural support, helping ensure tribunal hearings and customer interactions are handled efficiently, accurately and with care.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the end-to-end administration for tribunal/hearing activity, including preparing hearing documentation and case files
* Provide front-line user support through face-to-face conversations, incoming/outgoing telephone contact, and correspondence in different formats-signposting to the right services when needed
* Use service scripts and knowledge articles to deliver clear, consistent information (including to users with complex needs)
* Process work in line with standard operating procedures, meeting performance targets and maintaining service standards
* Manage scheduling and listing support, responding to urgent matters and helping coordinate efficient use of judicial time
* Handle jury service administration including selection, deferral, reassignment, attendance tracking, and processing related expenses and court fees
* Support enforcement procedures, including financial assessments and fine collection assistance, and produce basic statistical/financial reports
* Maintain accurate records with secure information management, complying with retention and data loss protocols
* Contribute to health and safety activities (e.g., PEEPs, facility checks, issue logging, key/safety governance under guidance)

* Confidence delivering customer service and communication with empathy, clarity and consistency
* Strong attention to detail for data entry, record-keeping and document handling
* Calm, professional judgement when dealing with complaints and helping prevent escalation
* Ability to follow processes and policies, including risk identification and appropriate escalation
* A practical, proactive approach to supporting hearings-before, during and after
