About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to maintain high standards, achieve sales targets, and create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

We’re looking for a commercially aware, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership and communication skills. You should be confident supporting store operations, motivating colleagues, and taking responsibility when required. Fashion retail experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
