We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established independent garage in North of Cannock, Staffordshire, for the position of MOT Tester. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified MOT testers seeking a full-time or part-time role within a reputable automotive business. The successful individual will join a modern, well-equipped workshop with a friendly team and long-term stability.

Duties of the MOT Tester:

- Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards

- Identifying and reporting defects accurately and professionally

- Completing MOT documentation efficiently and in line with regulations

- Ensuring all work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards

- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

- Working closely with the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements of the MOT Tester:

- Valid Class 4 MOT Testing Licence

- Proven experience conducting MOT tests in a busy workshop setting

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable and professional approach to work

- Full UK driving licence

- Team-oriented with good customer service skills
