Summary

We are recruiting for a Parts Supervisor in Guildford on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership. This Parts Supervisor role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy parts department within an esteemed business committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The successful Parts Supervisor will play a key role in contributing to the ongoing success of the dealership.

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring stock levels are maintained and inventory accuracy is upheld

- Lead, support, and develop the parts team to deliver excellent customer service

- Manage stock control procedures, including regular stock audits and reconciliation

- Process parts orders, invoices, and deliveries accurately and efficiently

- Provide expert advice to customers both face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending solutions

- Work collaboratively with workshop and other internal departments to support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues as necessary

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a main dealer parts department or similar environment

- Proven supervisory or leadership experience

- Familiarity with Kerridge or equivalent dealer management systems

- Strong organisational and stock management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach

- Full UK driving licence
