Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive.

This Car Sales Executive role offers a compelling opportunity for experienced sales professionals within the automotive sector to join a successful dealership team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Duties as the Car Sales Executive:

- Promote and sell new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets

- Advise customers on finance options, accessories, warranties, and related products

- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery updates

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

- Collect payments from customers prior to car handover

- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain warranty and service arrangements

- Introduce customers to the Service Department and foster ongoing relationships

- Keep up to date with current vehicle specifications and dealership promotions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

- Full UK driving licence with minimal points

- Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence

- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectives
