Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Be reliable, punctual and a great team player.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be able to assist customers with over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
- Be organised and able to multitask.
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting with over-the-counter sales and referring customers to the pharmacist when appropriate.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining displays.
- Handling till transactions.
- Supporting the pharmacy team with daily tasks.
