Summary
We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Hospital Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
About the team:
The Hospital Team plays a vital role in supporting adults during their hospital stay and ensuring safe, timely discharges back into the community. Working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment, the team undertakes Care Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, and discharge planning. You will work closely with health professionals, families, and partner agencies to promote independence and achieve positive outcomes for service users. This is a locum opportunity with a stable contract.
About you:
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in an Adult's Service lends well to the success of this position.
