The successful candidate will have a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all learners and play an active role in shaping a safe and positive school environment. The role will include providing supervision of lessons across the curriculum in the event of the absence (planned or unplanned) of the teacher, ensuring that pupils are engaged in pre-set work, managing pupil behaviour and ensuring a safe environment. 🏫 Kestrel Mead is a large, 4 form entry, split site school serving a diverse community in Hamilton, Leicester.
