We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Weekend Lettings Assistant to join our collaborative team, starting as soon as possible, and contribute to our vision of “learning to live life to the full”. This role will involve facilitating events, bookings and activities in various areas of the school, ensuring a high quality of service for all users. About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:Is friendly, reliable and customer-focusedTakes pride in keeping facilities safe, secure and well-maintainedEnjoys working with members of the local communityCan work independently and use initiative to solve problemsHas a practical, hands-on approach to workUnderstands the importance of health and safety and safeguardingIs flexible and willing to support a variety of site and lettings activitiesIs committed to providing an excellent experience for all facility usersWhat Success Looks Like:Open, secure and monitor the school site and sports facilities during lettings and community useSupport the smooth running of 3G pitch bookings and other facility hire arrangementsSet up and store sports equipment as required for bookings and eventsEnsure all users, hirers and spectators follow site rules and maintain appropriate standards of behaviourMonitor usage of facilities and maintain accurate records of attendanceCarry out basic site maintenance duties, including litter picking and keeping facilities clean, safe and presentableAssist with assessing the suitability of pitches during adverse weather conditionsProvide first aid support and ensure incidents are appropriately recordedReport security, maintenance and operational issues to the Site ManagerSupport the implementation of health and safety, safeguarding and fire safety procedures across the siteDeliver a high standard of customer service to all visitors, hirers and community usersUndertake additional duties to support the effective operation of the premises and lettings serviceContribute positively to the wider life of the school Support our culture of inclusion, respect and belonging About Brockington:Brockington College is a successful and popular 11-16 Church of England school, and is proud to be part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust.
