Sharp Talent is recruiting on behalf of Control Flow Technologies for a Plumber – Water Efficiency Engineer based in Carlisle, covering Cumbria and the surrounding areas.
You'll be out on the road, meeting customers, fixing minor leaks and installing water-saving devices. It's a great opportunity to put your plumbing skills to good use in a secure, permanent role where every day brings something different.
The Role
You'll work independently, visiting customers at pre-booked appointments and helping households save water.
Your day-to-day will include:
Installing water-saving devices in customers' homes
Finding and fixing minor plumbing leaks
Working safely around water meters
Offering practical water-saving advice
Managing appointments and van stock
Updating completed jobs through the CRM system
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
Full UK driving licence
Happy to travel throughout Cumbria
Friendly, reliable and comfortable working in customers' homes
EUSR Water Hygiene qualification and DBS check, or willingness to obtain both
